All other courses run by The Grove are currently being delivered by online web conferencing via Zoom until further notice. How a consulting and goal-focused approach can enhance therapeutic practice in an organisational context

Part of the TGP At Work training requirement in order to work for our corporate scheme Onsite Coaching Accreditation

TGP At Work is the Organisational Practice of The Grove

The Certificate in Foundations of Working with Companies and Other Organisations is a dynamic new course designed for qualified counsellors, psychotherapists or psychologists who would like to be successful in approaching, consulting, contracting with and working in companies or organisations and/or develop specific consulting and coaching-based skills that support a fundamental therapeutic approach with employees and/or leaders of organisations. The course has been designed to meet a growing demand for mental health practitioners within Companies and Other Organisations and to enhance the skills of practitioners working with work-related issues.

The course is offered as a CPD programme (Continuous Professional Development). It is not a certified qualification as such; rather, it is designed as evidence of having taken additional specialised training in working and consulting in companies – to equip professionals with relevant knowledge and models which also support a culture of good mental health within an organisation. This course will take some of the best practice drawing from the fields of Psychotherapy, Positive Psychology, Coaching and NLP.

Feedback from enrolled participants about this course

I have been looking to take the next step in my practice and have been thinking for a while how to start offering mental health consultancy to organisations. I worked in business journalism and editorial management for 20 years before becoming a psychotherapist, and so I am familiar with a corporate environment. I have recently done some coaching CPD courses, and this course has come along at just the right time for me.

I think this course is ideal for me as a next step. This CPD has come along at just the right time for me.
Synchronicity.
And the value of being on your mailing list.
Thank you.
