I think that Michael has such broad reference in terms of the psychotherapeutic environment, so he was able to field any questions with such informed answers that it really put CBT in context . I am also very interested in the existential approach so it was perfect for me. I am working with an integrative model at the moment with refugee clients, so I found it useful in that sometimes it is with direct questions that a client can identify an issue, and with the training we received, I now feel that I can contain and explore disclosures with CBT in mind. Obviously I would not attempt to fully use this model with very vulnerable clients without further training, but it has given me ideas where a client is very stuck in a pattern of thinking which is hindering them in the day to day.Good and generous resources. Was totally inspiring thank you.
