About The Grove Training & CPD

The Grove is a long-established CPD training provider located in central London. We offer a high quality range of CPD courses designed for counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists. These courses can also be useful for practitioners in related fields such as coaching or other helping professions.

The Grove’s CPD courses are inclusive, since they run on a multi-modal, multi-disciplinary basis. We welcome participants from different theoretical backgrounds.  So our approach in our training courses and workshops is integrative – including a range of perhaps new models and theoretical concepts – while upholding the existing framework and background of each course participant. The intention is that those attending our courses will be able to fuse additional skills and approaches with their established way of working therapeutically. 

Sarah Briggs and Robert Rees are directors of The Grove Practice; Sarah usually acts as programme manager for the CPD programme. Robert and Sarah are personally committed to learning and development in their therapy careers. From our experience in running a therapy service which has been established for over fifteen years, we understand the clinical requirements for training and development of therapists.
